Is Twilight Warding fixed?

I made my seasonal Hardcore toon, but i know Twilight Warding was killing people earlier in the season. Is this confirmed to be fixed?

Im unhappy to report i got gibbed with Twilight Warding up.

I played dozens of hours of HC during the Mother’s Blessing. One of the toons (my Hydra sorceress) used Twilight Warding the whole time and was playing just fine in Torment III.

My Cataclysm Druid is running Torment IV with no problems but doesn’t use Twilight. No need for it as almost nothing gets anywhere near him with the endless uptime on Cataclysm.
