The necklace received in the final Wolf Faction Rewards cannot be marked as Favorite (or Junk), either in the inventory or when worn. “Reclaim Medallion of the Iron Wolves”. Side Note - I was expecting a little more /shrug

well, all items can be marked as favourites. This item can’t.
Right, because it’s a special item.
