What content do you run? Are you using the seasonal orbs?
Im not short on mats because i ran lots of helltide with the orb and smashed everything i didnt need…
IH, pit and undercity are a bad place (unless you get a lot of gear drops) for mats.
HT and whispers (naturally achieved via helltides) are good for mats.
