Insufficient number of skill points.
I raised it to level 51 and reset all my skills, but I only have 48 skill points.
I pressed the Start of the Conqueror Node button 50 years ago,
Since then, it is expected that the conqueror node point has been raised instead of skill point.
Please check.

You get skillpoints from completing area objectives. Waypoints, strongholds, side dungeons, side quests, etc.
