I noticed this bug when equipping flawless horadric gems in my items. The cost of repairing went up from a couple hundred thousand gold without them to 15+ million gold. Having gems socketed in items should not increase the gold cost to repair items. It should take the items base sell value into account for repairs not the sell value with gems which is the issue.

Simply having the gem socketed increases the repair cost greatly. This is made worse by the lower gold drop rates in the game combined with the new loot system not dropping legendaries in higher torment levels.
Runes 1547.3 gold
Flawless Horadric 550000.16 gold
Horadric 220000 gold
Grand 2933.33 gold
etc.
This is one of the many bugs they ignore and refuse to acknowledge. My repair costs without gems are about 64k a death. With, they are 22X that. This looks to have been first reported when the Expansion dropped. Not sure if it was an issue before.
