I keep having an issue when using Incinerate; when I’m knocked back by any effect and then evade, use flameshield or teleport, I still cannot attack afterwards and get a “staggering motion”. I can only attack again when this motion is finished, which killed me quite a few times unfortunately.
Sometimes it lasts through the full flame shield duration so that I cannot attack while I’m in Flame Shield.
I have never had this issue with any other skill and can’t remember that this was a problem last season either.

In the video you can see that I get hit by the dreadknight, I’m knocked back; I use evade and then teleport because I could not attack after the evade, and you also see that there is still a pause after the teleport where I also can’t attack.
I’m holding Incinerate all the time in this video but it only starts to attack again when it does.
