Inaccessible Dry Steppes Areas Bug?

Anyone have issues entering areas in Dry Steppes or elsewhere? It’s rubber banding when trying to proceed like the beta, except there’s no warning that you’re entering an inaccessible area.

These are areas near Guulrahn (quest “Brought Low”).

I can see other players rubber banding too, turning back after realizing they can’t proceed.

Just heard from a buddy they used Nevesk. They pathed to the destination from there and it worked.

I’ll report back in a bit, not online at the moment
