Brah chill, its because you used a common term that relates to “runes” in D2 which makes your “innovation” reductive…
sadly i can’t imagine that. i can’t imagine paying 60 $ for a paladin because i can’t even imagine paying blizzard .01c for…anything
…ever…
…again.
oh well.
Here is what innovation means.
- a new method, idea, product, etc.
plural noun: innovations
“technological innovations designed to save energy”
I have never played a game that has a rune smith, only read about it in a book. Blizzard is giving us the same classes from previous diablo titles, therefore; maybe they could innovate, and release something else.
You want to use fist of the heavens again or what?
Bro, this is blizzard. You about to get the same sameness.
Yeah, but the blizzard devs will read this on their lunch break and see me roasting em, and know how full of discontent I am.
A panda or something else dumb
I mean I’d be happy with just a modern recreation of D2 with more bells and whistles.
I’d be even more happy with something innovative that builds on it in unexpected ways.
Unfortunately got neither, and instead got Netease Minimum Viable World of Diablo.
What I got is a a dumb downed skill tree, legendaries that has no complexity to it at all besides the Druids… and hallways with no monster density, one hour long cooldowns, and 3 minutes if backtracking.
But the devs don’t read this, the CM does. At most they’ll maybe hear about it.
Why are you defining the word innovation…?
You don’t seem to get it. What if Blizzard wanted to introduce runes into the game? It would surely conflict with a class character called Rune Smith. I know you want to defend your idea but it wouldn’t be worth the confusion because of how runes were used in the past…
So you’re upset they’re using the same model they’ve used since D2? Releasing new classes with their expansions is not new buddy.
Bro, I’m advocating for more classes, you seem to have a death wish regarding this rune smith class, I’m just proposing it. You must be very attached to D2 to use runes as a reason for not adding in a new class. All I’m asking for is innovation, not fist of the heavens with zeal.
Who knows who you’re talking too.
If the expac is 30 bucks, Ill buy it
It would feel odd to have a plate armor class with no plate drops. All the armor types are locked behind the transmog feature which I really don’t like.
No Godly Plate of the Whale anymore
25 maybe absolutely tops tipitty top
Wasn’t the triune the false religion started by the prime evils?
Yeah, don’t know much beyond that except that their are different sects. Ginger gaming mentor did a video on it.
I’ll check it out. 20
My guess would be that they will release maybe 2/3 new classes per expansion, with the last expansion unlocking the new Blood Knight.
If they don’t bring the blood knight to D4 then they are missing out of one of the few chances they have at brining back sour players.
Most people wont be willing to come back to this game let alone stick around if they release classes in some lame way like cash shop.
I am willing to pay for an expansion that adds a bunch to the game with classes, not a chance in hell I would pay for just a new class from a cash shop however… that is peek scum developer imo.
Im fine with anything thats NOT from D3, but this game needs to clear many hurdles before I would even consider giving them money again
