That level cap wasn’t in the PTR. It was in the spirit born play test. I don’t believe it will be in s5.
So for the expansion yes, I fully expect a stat squish and lvl 60 cap. I don’t think paragon points will be uncapped. Just reworked. Never know though. What scares me is none of this stuff will be tested by anyone except their inhouse testers. This could be a disaster.
