Quite a bit in terms of what they changed or added to be honest. New Physical Stuff added to the seasonal stuff for those who wanted it, instead of just elemental damage. Some uniques were altered a bit since the PTR. New QoL changes coming for everyone. Obviously the patch notes have more, but overall I like the changes.
