Ya deffo gonna try this again tonight. I just don’t have the gold/mats to respec my druid or barb. And I’m not trying tormented anything on Incinerate sorc.
I feel kind of comfortable doing harder bosses on my Double Swing barb, but the idea of melee + tormented with the debuff stacks makes me cringe.
Holy Bolt elixir seems like a must? I feel like I’d run +6 poison resist elixir instead, but Idk. HB is real OP I hear.
I try to do this in trade but rarely anyone talks at all or seems to have builds that can carry tormented.
Burst for Pit and sustained for Tormented as well as dodging mechanics. You could suck and be a dodge god and kill tormented even if it takes 30 minutes.
If I were to recommend a Tormented Boss it would be Varshan. He does not move much and if you can face tank his ground mechanics. Its easy street. Tormented Andy though is a pain so make sure you stomp the rest first.

Thats why i killed them under a minute. I also tried how much damage the attacks can do to me. Only small scratches. The only attack that hits hard is the 1-shot attack from the beast in the very tasty ice when you get bumped out of the ring.
I soloed Grigoire last night, super pumped after i finally beat the chump after 6 or 7 tries, changing some aspects, drinking elixirs, and those incense things.
I did Tormented Duriel after I had beaten Pit 71 and it was a pretty slow kill for my build anyway. Once I could do Pit 78 comfortably then the Tormented Duriel was a lot more fun. That was my experience. I play a Barbarian using Rend/Rapture/Gushing Wounds… so a pretty slow DPS build compared to other builds out there.
