If cracking gen enchantment has been nerfed / is broken, should the cdr from overflowing energy be buffed?

Also is the cdr reduction happening at all?

I swear 2 patches ago i noticed this working, doesn’t seem to work since then.

Given lightning isn’t blizzards class / build fom, is anyone even looking at the sorc? The non meta sorc? Is feedback pointless?

Which enchantment are you referring to? Spark?

Yes spark. Pre season 4 it used to increase with points spent up to 20%, now its just 14.
