If Blizzard offered a full refund of the game

At this point most likely…
See if S9 does something(unlikely) but after that yeah most likely.

I, my gf and our mate would take the refund.

The dev team spent years canvassing the community to find out what they wanted and I was part of the responses to Blizzard. They gave us multiple reveals and Betas.

The 3 of us looked at the reveals, played the Betas and bought the game because release D4 was fantastic and is what we wanted.

They then turned it into plastic mobile crap for the kids that bought a game out of pure hype then didn’t like it and wanted it changed.

What about all of the people who actually bought a game that we liked and then had it utterly ruined? Give us the refund and let this turd slide into the ocean.

I am not playing atm. The game is boring. It can not get worse then “I am not playing”. It can only get better. The money does not hurt me, and i am a Diablo fanboy. I bought the game but no mtx. That is my statement as well. I show that i am ready to pay for a full game. I am not buying mtx nor will i ever ever.

However VoH was a huge dissapointment. So i am not buying any new d4 content unless they fix what they messed up.

So i wouldn’t refund anything, but i am not buying anything either.

I sit and wait and watch what happens. There was a time when most of my gaming time went into blizzard. WoW, Starcraft, Hearthstone, Hots and ofc Diablo.

Today Diablo is the only thing left of interest. Blizz already lost me on all other frontiers.

How about we fund them each for 100$ instead, and if they fail to make a decent and large expansion, they can never work in the industry again?

Of all 3, Last Epoch is the only one I wouldn’t refund.

crazy, that almost sounds like tastes differ ^^ isnt that weird?

No I would not, but I dont have any faith. I think it will continue to be average at best.

To be honest I got my moneys worth of playtime. It sucks that I play it for one month every 3 months but I guess that’s it.

Would I want it to be better and have functioning PvP like D2 ? Yes but I have given up on Blizzard being even capable of achieving it years ago during D3 first attempt at PvP the one shot brawl

isnt it just as easy to just move on? Of course i can chose to not reply, but hey, i play d4, and while its certainly not the best diablo title its still better than d3 ^^

if you disagreem feel free to not reply, because you know, we dont like people disagreeing - especielle when it comes down to people playing a game.

brb, im going to the fortnite forums. i dislike that game. it gives me nothing.

No, because I think game was good and gotten worse, but it’s getting better now. So I have faith. Anyways my money was very well spent and I got their value in like first two weeks after release. HAck If I compare it to cinema tickets , value of money I spent on game was worth in like first two days!

I mean I bought the game for literally $10 at gamestop
It wasn’t even pre-owned either

If I spend $70 on launch for it, and another $40 for the VoH, and $100+ on cosmetics, then maybe?
But for only $10 I’m more than happy just to keep it around for when they add the Crusader/Templar/Paladin/Warrior/etc class

I agree with you and Mr Tooth, in short: I liked what was launched.
But then it changed direction.

…but also some of the shallow, incomplete issues became more noticeable with some time in game.

Also while you are hopeful they are headed in the right direction and that is nice, they can always change direction…and this really is the problem they are not chasing the quality of the game, they are chasing dollars and the game decisions are made based on that.

So given a choice to wait and be hopeful and eventually disappointed as is the Blizzord trademark or get my money back today…yeah I’ll take the latter.

I mean this is a hypothetical…we are all stuck with the former anyway.

I have no regrets about owning LE,
or POE2 which will eventually be free. POE2 was worth the $30 to get to play it early for me.

Honestly I would, I’d refund it all. I did get my moneys worth from the CBT, S2 and S4. The rest has not been great.

sign me up for a refund. I’d happly refund my ULTIMATE edition at the $105.99 price and rebuy it in the playstation network for $5 when it goes into maintenance mode next year lol

nah, honestly I’ve played a lot of hours on D4, so I guess it’s ok. The game is not perfect, but I’ve got my fun moments. I got the standard edition though, and VoH bought at sale.

The smart money takes the refund…it’s like getting new price value for a used junk car. The emotional holds on…
I don’t need the $…so i’d hold on.

I’ve gotten my monies worth out of the game so no I wouldn’t ask for a refund.

I also don’t have a lot of faith that the game will be good but I am holding out hope.

I wouldn’t refund, but buying the next expansion keeps looking more and more unlikely.

I’d probably just wait and see how class balance and build variety plays out once it releases and decide from there.

Yep, no fancy trailer or preorder FOMO bundle is going to work this time. I’ll wait until it’s out and played to see if it’s worth. Given how VOH was, I’m guessing it won’t be.

I’d take it because I’ve lost faith in Blizzard. They’re making the same mistakes over and over, not learning.
