Is it normal for people to not be able to log onto their game, report it, and not have anyone comment after almost 24hrs?

Also booted on PS5 yesterday, have also been trying to log in since yesterday. Just bought the season pass too, they took my money without troubleā€¦just saying

Was just now able to log back in. Stayed in character selection screen and just tried loading in every 10-15 min or so without logging out from game. Donā€™t know if that was the trick or if itā€™s just up and running again

Since 6pm last night went through a portal that never loaded then kicked me. Now it lets me get to character screen but says character has not finished saving and is busy please wait or try again with code 395002. Canā€™t even log in to my other characters.

Your character has not finished being saved by there current game, or your account is otherwise busy. Pleased wait a few minutes so we can safely log your account out, and try again error code 395002.

Edit: Sounds like itā€™s console and PC so not isolated.

@Vidar You got super lucky, two of my friends are on PC and they have been unable to log back in for more than 16 hours now.

Ah OK, there goes my theory then! Hopefully they figure it out soon thatā€™s a bummer though with it being the weekend Iā€™m sure itā€™s a skeleton crew. Not that it should be, but even at my place thatā€™s how it is (Iā€™m usually the on call person).

I am also having this problem. Started last night at 10pm when i tried to get on, and now today at 1pm, a full 15 hours later, i still cant play. Character screen comes up but not a single one will load for me. Series X
