In-game 4x boss rota groups are completely awful. No one talks, no one attempts to set up a boss summoning order. People just put in their mats randomly and then lose track and don’t know who is supposed to go next. Just awful.
you can also use the in game voice chat, which works surprsingly nice. or you take charge and lead your team and set an summ order via chat.
I just go third. If I see that someone is slacking off, I leave and go next. A lot less headache than trying to organize a proper order that everyone ignores anyway.

just type abcd. alphabetical. no need to decide anything and you dont lose track.
