when the fugitive heads eventually DO spawn and drop, does only 1 person get to claim the head?
I’ve been playing solo but the masses of people trying to fight for this head seems to go to only 1 person? On several occasions the Fugitive head guy spawns and everyone around kills them, but I have only gotten the Fugitive Head to be picked up into my inventory a couple times.
Does the Head only go to one person or whoever picks it up the fastest?
In one instance, I was fighting a Fugitive head guy alone and killed him solo and someone else just rides by swoops in and possibly got it (?) Because I surely didn’t end up with that head.
Overall, I’m confused: if everyone participating in the kill gets one or if everyone has to fight to be the first to pick it up?
Also:
Don’t even get me started on the essentially non-existent Altars (yes, I use the elixirs 100% of the time). I’ve tried dungeons and pits on T1, T2 and T3 but nothing yet. It could be just my luck I guess, maybe in addition to the single-digit percentage drop rates
I don’t have the time or the energy to farm for a zillion hours for either the Fugitive Heads or the Altars
All loot is individual including heads.

That’s what I thought… probably just a bug then?
TY for your input

nope, you should have gotten a head.
the item itself is white though (good thing i’d noticed the first one talking and knew it would drop the head) and inbetween the sea of legendaries i saw the tag “head”
would have been better to have it pick up automaticaly

Yeah, I kinda wish it would be an automatic pick up or at least a distinct color, TY!

Fugitive heads? What’s that? I’ve done probably 50 kills and all I ever see is a “headless husk.”

i kinda agree on the colour. it being a white item might for sure lead to people overseeing it every now and then. i dont doubt that.

it’s worse below torment as white gear drops there. same problem with potions and other stuff
did they run out of colors?

do they even drop below torment tho?
they should (but seeing the low drop rate in torment… i can only guess you’ll never see one drop haha)
Considering how rare they are, they should have a huge beam.

i admit im not 100% sure, but for all i know they dont drop below t1 ^^
If they were tradable id hand some over, but they are account bound ^^

yeah, i don’t think that the devs wanted them to be THIS rare
same with the alter thingy (wanted to do it so i could progress the seasonal journey but an other one finished and stopped looking for them. and i still don’t know what it is i’m looking for)
also i found 2 mythics and only like 5 or 6 heads (no alter) makes me think it’s not intended
i kinda thought so at first too about the altars, but then i got into it and spammed dungeons like a psycho. its really not that big of a deal. i spend like a few hours and got done with it. After all its only 4 you need anyway, also, you cant get the same power twice, so yea, find 4 altars and you are good to go ^^
on the heads i really cant tell why some people dont seem to find them.
id say… every 4th cocoon is a fugitive head? I also assume it matters how many of the people are using the potion tbh.

thinking the same
i just keep running around the map beating every single one i can reach in time

also dont forget, dont pop roots while a cocoon is active ^^
also pick the witch zone that has the longest remaining duration. i feel like most people are there ^^

just found 2 head in a row in T3
we just grouped up a bunch of randoms and started doing whispers around the map and everybody rushed toward the spawns
many people probably forget to pop the pimple after finishing a whisper

thats what i meant. Dont pop them tho while a cocoon is active, as there can only be one cocoon active at a time.
Forgive me that i have to siiiiigh there, but i assume that was obvious =P
grats to the heads =)

yeah that was obvious to me the first day
(but still see many people popping them when there’s one already spawned)
also often i find just pimples other people left (i remember getting a head from one of those on a solo run)

Had one in my stash without even knowing I picked it. It is usually such a mess around the Cocoons. So much loot drooping. The Headrotten are killed so fast I sometimes don’t have time to read if they are headless or not. The dropped head are not easy enough to spot on the ground.
