I just lost my Andariel's Visage from inventory after picking it up?!

Long story short: I finally got my first visage from Tormented Andariel, then teleported to town but I got stuck in a loading screen with just blank screen. After waiting 30 seconds or so, nothing happened so I restarted The game only to find out ALL of my loot I just had picked up, including Andy’s Visage, were not be found. And since I actually picked them up, they didn’t even go to my stash.

Has anyone else expetienced something this bizarre? Is there any way to get those items back?

From what I can tell, there’s a sort of individual rollback whenever a player disconnects. Many times have I lost internet in helltide only to load back in to having more cinders and less chests opened. It’s also common knowledge on hardcore that if you start lagging or your controller dies etc, you should immediately kill your internet. Unfortunately I think you’re just SoL in this scenario
