I have a dream …

for a class balance where each class has at least 5 builds that can reach tier 100 and run under 5 minutes.
And I don’t mean to make the game easier or to get Mythics and Ancestrals for free.
I mean for all those who play a lot and look for guides and master their stuff to 12 and level their glyphs to 80+.
I mean to make it possible for all those who don’t want to trade or play in groups, but who also put a lot of time and effort into the game.
And for all those who only look at the site, play around with builds and skills.
Yes, it’s fine to have a best class in a season or have a build that hits T120 and above, but overall every class should be able to get to at least T100 and have it run pretty smoothly without trading for the best items and leeching to Glyph 100 and so on.

I have the dream that each class would get special perks, that differential them more from each other and which you got from the beginning and which is only bound to cooldowns and events and scale automatically with the class.

Ideas are:

Sorc
* Defensive:
* Sorcs cannot be controlled by crows in any way. This is reduced by Torment, but at Torment 1 it’s 100% and at Torment 4 it’s still 45 perfect.
* They are automatically able to have a 10% higher resistance capacity, meaning instead of 70 they can reach 80 as a base and 95 with Tyreals.
* Offense:
* With a 90 second cooldown, so every 90 seconds there is a chance of absolute chaos where the Sorc enters a phase with 50x damage multiplier and 50% damage reduction for 15 seconds.
* This can only be done by channeling or casting almost without pause (there must be some leeway for non-channeled skills) and it cannot happen at the start of a boss fight
Druids
* Defensive:
* Cannot be knocked down and automatically have 10% more damage reduction
* Critical hits (or hits that exceed their maximum health) that would result in death can be canceled once every 45s by their spirit
* Offense:
* Once every 90s they can gain all perks from their spirits for 15 seconds and this cannot happen at the start of a boss fight
Barbarians
* Defensive:
* Barbarians also gain 10% damage reduction by default
* With less health they take less damage and do more damage (get resiliant)
* Offense:
* Barbs can enter a phase of rage where all their shouts and ultimates are active for 15s.
* This can only occur once every 90s and not at the start of a boss fight.
Necros
* Defensive:
* Necros have the chance to avoid one death every 90s by being summoned back to life
* Necros have like Sorc a higher restistance cap by base of 80.
* Offensive:
* Necros Minions have a 5x higher damage by default
* Every 90s there is a chance to have a huge minion army for 15s that deal 25x damage. This can not occur at the start of a boss fight
* Plus getting all their perks of their minions with it at once for 15s
Rouges
* Defensive:
* Rouges get the same Dodge ability like spirit born and are way less likely to get hit
* They can avoid critical hits or hits that exceeds their life every 30s
* Offensive:
* The Rouge Code makes 5 Rouges appear with the same Damage as our Rouge for 15s. This can not occur at the beginning of a fight.
* Plus get all of their perks for 15s at once
Spiritborn
* Defensive:
* They can brought bake to life every 90s
* They can avoid critical hits or hits that exceeds their life every 60s
* Offensive:
* They have access to all their primary and secondary spirit abilities once every 90s for 15s. This can not occur at the beginning of a fight

These are just ideas to make the classes a little more unique, but also to help players choose their classes a little better and because of their perks and to have it not tied by legendary aspect or mythic unique, but by the choice of your class.

Feel free to give other opinions and ideas on what the classes should maybe have as base perks.
I think this could also help create a better balance because each class has some sort of weaknesses to overcome, but also would get a lot more strength to e just as good as other classes.

I guess to think about what makes it better or to at least try to give some “opinion cost” ideas can help to get something into the final game instead of the same old “lets by angry and mad and insult people” style.

I want this game to become (even) better and I think to make the classes even more unique is a big key for it.
