I Finally Made a Druid

There’s a few issues w/Wolf companions as end game:

Part of the problem w/the companion build is switching to human when using their actives. It ruins your defense and can mess up bestial rampage. In particular wolf/ww active is listed as a WW skill … . Imo, if you have Mad Glee’s or V’s helm you shouldn’t switch to Human form for activating companion builds w/e the true form is should be the form when using those skills.

The damage boosts from shepherds should go to your pets as a multiplier. Also, on the P-Board there are boosts to WW damage, that don’t boost your wolf damage when they’re made into WW via another Aspect. This would may wreck some builds dependent on shepherds as a multiplier, but those should be fixed regardless.

Bloodhowl should heal the wolfs, their skill to fortify the player should also fortify themselfs.

In short they’re too squishy, don’t do end game damage (eg 100 lvl pits and torment bosses), and uses of the active companion skills can expose the player (in particular if they’re using a melee skill to crit and reset their active skills). It’s a fun mid build where they can crit for a little under 2million HP each (based on the build I have, others may have gotten better results). I have killed normal bosses fairly quickly w/them and done early-mid tier dungeons.

Last, I haven’t had early game leveling issue w/druids since season prior to season 2. I have when trying to bow only a Rogue though (needed poison traps etc).
