They knew what a disaster D3 Vanilla was so they added something beyond the story with D4 Vanilla but they’ve been working on D4 for nearly a decade and despite heavily relying on the existing D3 code they forgot nearly every lesson they should’ve learned.
Of course many of the changes we’ve seen in D4 aren’t really responses to the millions of players but rather the dozens of streamers who seem to have Blizzard’s ear on everything.
So instead of a property designed by a small team with a vision it feels like a committee run project where the committee is using focus groups to make a product nobody really wants but plays anyways because it’s not the worst thing imaginable.
That could be the marketing blurb – “Diablo IV : Vessel of Hatred – It Could Be Worse!”
There isn’t an “and.” My post was demonstrating that the concept shown in the title of the thread is not a new concept. Blizzard has been doing it for years. They release unfinished games/expansions and major issues often aren’t fixed until a new paid version comes out. Sometimes major issues aren’t ever fixed.
They will fix the D4 turning it into a new D3, as we can see in all changes that they made in the game till now.
sometimes they will bring some MMO stuff and a summarized inspiration from others games to say they bring some news for the game.
I lost my hope with the game
True… at a certain level we shouldn’t be surprised by their behavior. It’s almost cliche at this point. But at the very least we should be able to vent about it. Heck, venting on the forums is about as much fun as playing the game at times.
yes it is. especially when its known that im playing a game thats supposed to have yearly expansions. Quitting a game is an absolutely fair option (just like to keep playing, knowing i wont have access to certain things). The strawman fallacy is rather the post i quoted from you there my friend.
