I bought the Ultimate Edition, but I can’t access all the promised in-game bonuses. In the store, the Ultimate Edition is marked as “Free,” but when I try to “buy” it for “free,” I am redirected to the Steam game page, where it says that this item is already purchased. How can I get out of this loop and receive everything I paid for?
