Oh, I do agree that it should be addressed, but I fear it because I only play Sorc… have only played Sorc from the jump (pre-season 1) - and I’m sick of sucking lol. So i’m currently enjoying the fireball build (broken or not), but I also dont wanna get dropped back down to Pit 85 and so sorry tough luck… type of deal 
Fireball build is not broken at all, its the interaction with the Decay Withchpower that makes it good. Spiritborn is even better though:

Looks like the decay power is disabled. Doesn’t allow me to equip it.
Blizzard disabled it to fix it.
