I can’t claim my rewards at the Whispering Tree, the reward selection screen is empty

I am also having this issue. The selection screen for the cache rewards has no selectable caches so I cannot redeem.

same issue box with no options pops up and you can’t pick anything and you are stuck. Tried logout, world tier change, character change, nothing fixes it.

same issue for me, tried logging out/in … nope … tried exiting game and starting up new, nope … uhhh, sorta stuck here cant do new ones when the system thinks I need to turn in but it won’t let me actually turn in.

I’m having the exact same issue, and on top of that the quest can’t even be abandoned.

Im having the same issue says claim reward but the choose reward screen is empty ive tried logging in and out changing worlds doing other quests then coming back etc nothing seems to work

Same. Was in WT4. Get an empty selection window.
Went to WT3 completed wispers there and it worked for WT3.
Back to WT4… empty window.

Hello, same issue here. I tried to logout/login, change difficulty level, quit & restart the game and the issue remains.

i would assume they applied a patch to the live servers and that patch is bugged.
Important thing is, they see that we have this issue, then it should be an easy fix.
