interesting, I haven’t seen that one on any of these build datamined sites, and if it’s true… there probably so much we haven’t seen yet. Ive only seen the stormchasers one, where it seeks 1-5 targets.
I can agree with that too. I’ll definitely play around Earth-Storm druid too. With Nature’s Fury that basically give you a passive, that both Storm and Earth skills got 20% chance to trigger a spell form the other type, of the same lvl. It will be a fun combo
Search for D4 build calculator on the web. You can check out some uniques for each classes, and even check out some Paragon legendary effects too.
I know I’ve used d4planners, githubs and d4buildgg’s… I’ve just never seen the hurricane spawning tornado one. I may have seen a pic of it, but i’ve never seen it one of those mined site versions. I wouldn’t doubt it exists though, moreso curious on how much we haven’t seen beyond all of this stuff. I pretty much have my build planned out from the aspects on specific slots, the paragon boards, the tree, kinda everything. I’d love to find out how much cooldown recovery i can get and on which peices etc, but thats too hard i feel
My first druid will focus on nature magic as well, without any shapeshifting, though he will be melee based. Storm Strike, Landslide, Earthen Bulwark, Cyclone Armor, Ravens and Hurricane with Perfect Storm as Ultimate Passive. Though i think that switching out Storm Strike with Windshear, Landslide with Tornado and Hurricane with Boulder or an Ultimate can work too for a ranged caster build, though you would need the legendary aspect for Tornado following the enemy.
Hurricane is good when paired with other aoe, you shouldn’t be looking at it as an ability like tornado or pulverize.
Seems like a plan. I plan for the druid to go with hurricane to make mobs vulnerable and then use whatever attack to proc lightening on vulnerable targets. So in the end I just run through them while the build gets the job done.
Then i suggest you take Ravens as well, their active is an AoE and can make the enemies inside it vulnerable for 3 seconds. Hurricane can then act as the damage source for the lightning strikes.
I don’t agree. First off hurricane isn’t designed to be a main damage spell, it’s mean to be suppplemental damage and utility.
For a single button press you’re essentially getting 110% weapon damage in an aoe, a 20% aoe DR which debuffs mobs (and thus is amazing in groups), an aoe slow, and an storm ability that synergizes with passives to generate massive amounts of spirit
It might be one of the efficient and powerful spells in the game given how much it packs into a single animation.
It’s one of the best endgame builds.
