How to access new Corrupted Reaper boss on an Alt?

The new lair is missing for my alt on T8, do I need to do the entire seasonal questline again?

yes, it unlocks via the extremely short questline.

You basically have to do a Helltide and loot a green quest item, and a realm walker, then you get reaper, as long as you are on t1 and up

Talk to the lady with one leg: “I want you to kill something.” The questlines are getting shorter with each season.
