How many alternate characters do you have this season?

Title. After a few weeks of playing Necro, got some decent gear, hit a wall in my progression and felt like trying out Warlock. I’m having fun, until I saw a Blizzard Sorc build by Lurkin that looks dope and now I can’t stop thinking about it now, nooooooooo.

I would, but I have a stash full of items for both Necro and Warlock (the “just in case” type), and really not digging the prospect of levelling the Warplan a third time.

How about you? How many alts are you playing this season? How do you manage to keep your stash free?

I made 3 characters until now.
Obviously, only Barb made to T12.

My other 2 are in T10. The bow rogue suffering way more than my frozen orb sorc.

Thanks for the feedback! Any tips on how to unclutter stash? I just keep saving “just in case” items and now it’s a complete chaos!

One Barb and one Rogue both T12 compatible.
And i have my precious Druid Woman “LastMissteak” i use for having some ./emotes fun :see_no_evil_monkey:

Break that s*** into mats.

Only keep the GAs.
Even why, its your end goal, eventually you will always want your items with GAs.

All of them now. With the gift of the tree, it was just too easy to level them all up.

Yep.It only takes 6 pcs of T12 Greater Tree of Whispers Caches to level from 1-70 :see_no_evil_monkey:

0 its a complete waste of time to do alters in this game

Spoiler alert: you won’t use those just in case items. Once I figured this out for myself several

Seasons ago I didn’t use more than 3 otn4 stash tabs at the most. Limit to just in case stuff to max 20-25 items per character and let them carry it in their own inventory while not playing them.

You have access to tons of obols and cube mats to craft all of the other gear you could ever need.

how is that obvious? every class can do t12.

EVERY class can deal with t12.

But not every skill can.

actually, yes, every skill that can be supported by a coherent build can also deal with t12.

now even moreso. with mythics being common items, i doubt you even need a coherent build at all.

Yeah, i give up.

I’m the problem.

End of discussion.

if you truly think that barbs are the only solid class for t12. then yes. you are.

They sucked a lot of the fun out of my alt game so I’m not sure I’m going to reroll. I almost always rolled 1-2 alts to play builds I’ve never done before, not for the gear chase. I like to have some nice gear in stash right at max level as well as Paragon. Then I can dive right into higher torments and see how the build plays.

Uniques and mythics almost always (always?) roll with main stat now so I can’t stash generic uniques like Paingorger or Godslayer or iconic mythics. I’m locked into enchanting off main stat so I can’t fix +skills or poor affixes like elemental resist or impairment reduction. All I can do is stash GA crafting bases and whites. Rolling an alt means a half hour standing in town swearing at the cube. Meh.

The only way it’s going to be fun for me now is to be locked into rolling the same main stat. Given that I’m playing a druid even that avenue isn’t open to me.
