Any one know a steady farm/way to get these now?
You get them in drops from realmwalker events. Pretty conisistently too I might add. I think nmd are also a source. But you have to be on T1 difficulty level for them to start dropping
from pretty much everywhere Whisper and worldbosses are guaranteed.
and yea, you need to be on torment.
One way to get them is doing Pits - there is also a chance that undercity tributes drop.
