So i speedrun one of these killed every mob and lots of bosses yet i scored 135k. How number 1 barb got over 500k must be some sort of exploit or bug. Please explain

he or she plays better (thought of everything, including routes to take , when to take the shrines , calculate whether chest are worth it or not, played probably wayyyy more than you) and probably has a build that planned for gauntlet specifically (speed movement to the brim, build able to attack while running etc…) which you won’t be able to find in any build website most probably since it’ll be it’s own that this person made specifically and theorycrafted specifically to get top spot.
and probably tried gauntled hundred of time to get that score

no. I clear entire map killed EVERY mob possible open only gold chest which you have 3 of and you get maximum of 3 keys if youre lucky. I run fast enough to kill everyting on the map within the time limit. One shots everything with my bash barb with ease. So no thats not it
that’s definitely it, to me it sound like you are just killing everything without thinking while also using a stationary build.

it’s all about pathing : from where to where to go , with a very speedy build (for barb maybe whirlwind /charge instead of bash)
monsters are very weak in the trial, so you don’t need necessarily an S rank build in term of power.
it’s better to be all about speed
and also , the most important thing outside of pathing : use shrine in the best moment as possible
if you randomly click on any shrine you encounter you are going to waste them
especially the respawn ones
i mean , as i see it, bash must be one of the worst build for gauntlet : not very AOE and also stationary to boot
which explain your very low score (along with just random killing and no planning)

I got 180k on my sorc without even trying. You have to plan an optimal route, include using the respawn shrines to maximize enemy uptime and boss respawns (if getting a shrine buff is worth it to you). Using the multiplier shrine better… its 100% on you

there is a way to use the respawn shrines 
meaning, if you go boss, trash - find the key dropper guy - see a respawn shrine, pop that get a 2nd key (maybe a shrine of glory to double your points) and go back to get the boss and pop the big chest with a double glory active - win
Plan your rotue, use the multiplier shrine to open gold chests, kill boss, use respawns shrines to respawans boss and kill boss within the time limit.
Yes, all the top spots on the ladders are taken by exploiters.

Bro I cranked out 300k on my first ever try and I didn’t even know what I was doing.
i remember back in diablo 3, they had something called the weekly challenage run where you had to use some random players character and the skills/gear they used to “beat” thier time and if you did beat it, you got a reward (chest or something). I think before the end of the day on day 1 release - there was that hoodie guy ratzsomething that would give you the optimal plan way to go.
Maybe barkroll d4 site has something similar or maybe someone else has the optimal way to go and when to trigger said shrines.
youre only supposed to kill. Speed does not matter if i kill everything in time. I only use respawn shrines after i killed every mob around it. I got huge AOE with my steel graps that one shot almost everything
WW is the best barbarian build for the gauntlet. You will never even get close to the top spot with a bash build.
Some people are just better than others and know what they are doing.
The people getting those crazy high scores are clearing the entire map before they hit the respawn shrine (those shrines make the entire map respawn, not just the monsters around it). That’s how fast they go. They use builds that kill things without ever having to stop. That top score probably cleared the entire map 3x.
Go find a YouTube video of a high score gauntlet clear. Then you will see how it is done.
Everyone is explaining to you what you need to change but you keep insisting that youre the best and anyone doing it better must be exploiting.

ok…what if i told you the shrine doesn’t respawn merely the monsters around the shrines but EVERY monsters , bosses included of the whole map ?
now , do you see why pathing and speed is important ? and why you got a score this low ?
you have just been wasting the shrines on nothing, i mean didn’t you see previours areas bosses /monsters respawned when you used it…?
and once again, yes speed and being able to attack while moving (WW in case of Barbarian) is key if you want to clear the map SEVERAL time
