I have just salvaged 6 horadric gems in sn attempt to get enough materials for a flawless horadric skull and got zero fragments. How do you expect people to accomplish seasonal tasks or maximise their builds when the grind is just too long and the mechanics don’t work.

Yea - dont try and even do a bunch of royals at once - they just disappear to the aether
