I made a mistake. I was saving money specifically for this skin, one time thing in my life because I love the succubi in the game and it’s that one skin that has flaws hidden until after you buy it, with poorly thought-out design choices that don’t translate well into game. Yes, I think the skin is pretty on the shop preview but it doesn’t translate that way into the actual game. The staff even clips through the character’s head. If I don’t speak up. If people don’t stand beside me - this is how they will treat us. You can say “oh it doesnt affect me because I don’t buy stuff” but somewhere someone will be passionate about a skin and treat themselves to that one time thing and then boom it’s trash… I know it’s my fault for trusting blizzard but people can make mistakes. The problem is Blizzard here.

I’d still try and get a refund even if it says you can’t. No harm in trying =)
I messaged blizzard but they said you cannot refund any skin you bought. You can only refund unused platinum :(((
EDIT: I made some edits with feedback. How I think the skin could look much better. I’m bad at art but you get the point…

Sorry you wasted your money, but if everyone were smart they would not even consider engaging in the shop and after 60 days of Blizzard selling nothing in the shop they would either A) Cut prices drastically or B) Make actual good cosmetics.
The male version is bare chested nips out free. The female version completely buttoned up.
On a SUCCUBUS themed outfit the male is more naked than the female.
That’s all I needed to see to know this was a junk cosmetic…

I noticed the emote that you buy separately looks bugged and unfinished too.
The succubus you summon is only there for 2 seconds and just pops in and out without any smooth transition. Looks unfinished.
Very disappointing considering I spent real money on it. Never buying from the shop again.
why would you buy from the shop in the first place ? Do you really, truely believe that Blizzard deserve more money ? I mean, what ?
