Bought hex of whispers several times and took my resources saying it was purchased but unable to equip it.

I am having the same problem was able to equip hex of whispers when i first unlocked it however once i unequipped it will now not let me equip?
Same issue, except mine says “Not yet unlocked” and it’s not showing up for purchase anymore
same issue. I’ve bought the hex of whispers 3 different times and never received it. it took my resources too!
Same issue, bought it multiple times it takes my currency no hex of whispers, no longer showing for purchase
Probably because it is temp disabled.
