I have to say that that is a lot to take in but nothing appeared to be of high priority. The bugs I’ve run across that don’t allow you to finish certain dungeons aren’t mentioned. Other important bugs that should be fixed aren’t mentioned either. Only thing I found somewhat interesting is this

Basic attacks should just be removed and they should give us a passive resource regen. Unless they can give me mechanics like LoL does which allow me to alter basic attacks to splash damage or shoot multiple enemies or even add DoT or other damage types to them than they are trash and will continue to be trash and should not even be in the game.
Given how quickly they could reduce mob density, why can’t they do it in reverse? XP buff and TP to NM dungeons is welcome, but not enough for me to even consider giving game another shot. NM dungeons are just a slog without mobs density
The changes to NM dungeons exp and being able to teleport to them from the map make this patch great to me. Don’t really care about people crying about their specs not being buffed enough.
Absolute garbage patch. Really, it could not be much worse in terms of the so called “balance” area. Take the strongest class/builds by far, and then buff them. GG Blizz.
So rather than meaningful class changes that would actually balance the game (a game that was sold as a finished product), we get more lazy diablo 3 style balancing of randomly adding meaningless % increases and decreases.
"Heres 2% more damage for your basic skill that does 5k damage in your best gear, and 2% more damage to the core skill that we designed which does not work in end game.
On a positive note, the nightmare dungeons feels so much better now with the teleport and increased exp. I just tested a quick T37 and got 1.2m exp out of it.
