So I know theres been a lot of complaints about herald of hatret not showing up when purchasing Lord of Hatred, however my issue isn’t from that. I dont own Lord of Hatred yet, haven’t pre-ordered it or anything. I DO however have Vessel of Hatred on PS5. Have had it for a while but hadn’t opened the game cuz I just hadn’t gotten around to it till this week. Haven’t really been keeping up with diablo stuff so I didn’t know about the Herald or anything like that till I opened the game, however Im getting the same issue as people who pre-ordered LoH. Can’t see it in shop cost says free but theres no way to redeem it, which is annoying. And I don’tknow how to report it (if there even is a way) for console besides posting on here…
