Help please out if options and this is my last shot

i have a weird situation, but i played diablo 4 for about 400 hours and had a bunch of things collected over that time obviously and I recently after all that time just got mythic‘s for the first time.

The problem starts here i’ll try to keep it as short as i can but i really am hoping someone can help get me contacted. blizzard support doesn’t help at all and sends one email back a day and diablo is really the only way i get to decompress a few hours a night after the days chaos.

I played most of those 400 hours on Xbox. I recently for Christmas got a high-end gaming, laptop, and used Xbox PC pass to play on my laptop. My old email was somehow tagged to my battle net account, in which I haven’t had since I created battle at a long time ago. From what I can gather somehow it was keeping me logged in to battle net through my Xbox. I bought the expansion set and played a few days on it, and I sat down to play one night and I needed to log back in well when I logged in I logged in through my new email because I did not know why it was asking me for my old email. Well when I got into the new account which I already had somehow because why entered my email I had to reset my password. I got into the account and realized that the expansion set wasn’t there and that I bought through the endgame purchase through battle net. When I went into Diablo, I had no characters. Here’s where I messed up because I saw that Xbox was not linked to this account. I essentially unlinked my Xbox from the old email battle net and put it to my new email and when I go into Diablo, it asked me to create a new character..

I believe what happened is that linking my Xbox to the battle net which I thought I was using left my characters on the expansion set that I bought on the battle net account in which the email I cannot remember the password to.

I have tried multiple things. I have sent multiple web messages to blizzard in which they request a bunch of information, but half of it was related to World of Warcraft in which I don’t even own an account for I’ve never even played World of Warcraft.
** here is what I have provided them**
-both battlenet IDS
-I pulled logs to try to figure out what happened using red edit and going through logs of my last logins. Battle net shows a handshake was lost, and it also showed the token I was using. On the next login with the newly linked battle net., my token was different. So I gave them both tokens.
-I gave them my full name my entire card number expiration full address… I gave them my ID, I told them information about the other account such as the username and battle net ID and the phone number numbers and emails associated with it.
-I went as far as to try to text the with the old number to try to get them to help me.

Me and blizzard have sent five or six messages back-and-forth and no matter what happens. I always still get the same one asking me to provide information that I have uploaded already and I’ve explained to them the whole situation.. the fact that I believe that this could be fixed with a 10 minute chat session and how bummed I am that I really loved the game and I can’t convince myself to start over. It shouldn’t be that hard to look up all of this information with my card number and get explained to what happened and then transfer my characters to my new battle net ID.

I’m not sure what to do, but this was my last little reach out. I don’t know what to do anymore but if anyone can have battle net email me or reply to this message with a way to get in contact or to be able to chat or something, it would be awesome. I don’t know how much this works cause I’m just middle-aged Dad that gets nostalgia out of playing Diablo since I grew up on Diablo and Diablo 2.
