Helltide UI and redness goes away when entering the helltide but the mobs and events are still active, so are the chests. Also vendors won’t open properly to sell gear.

I am having the exact same issue
Helltide UI disappears a few seconds after entering area, the red hue in the area goes away. The mobs and events are still in the area, but I have no way to track how many cinders I have collected or the meter for being hell marked.
When I attempted to open the jeweler in any town, the shop immediately closes
I am running Win 11, using a 2070 super

Same here. All merchant menus open and close immediately in all towns. Basically I can’t sell anything for gold.
The hellfire bug is very annoying. I can’t tell how many cinders I have.

Been having the same issues. Helltide UI constantly disappearing, can’t get it to stay up for more than a couple minutes even though the helltide is obviously still active.
In addition, all vendors close the window instantly making it impossible to buy or sell.
The timers for world events, helltides and bounties are all also extremely inaccurate - every single timer says zero seconds left (perpetually). A helltide chest actually vanished while I was opening it because the event ended.

Got a fix, double-check the time zone selected on your PC, mine was not set to the correct zone. Once I changed the zone and restarted Blizzard everything works.
