“Healing Potion Upgrading” quests not available. I have been back continuously to Veroka in Kyovashad, but the side quest never appears. I am now level 33.
They have changed that, there are no potion upgrades anymore. Potions restore 35% of your life instantly.

Thank you very much, I only bought the game recently, so am just on my second character and didn’t realise.
