Just finally had time to beat LoH Campaign. At the end my bags are full and the “Hatred’s Spine” mount trophy dropped to the floor when I took the portal since my inventory was full. Now it won’t let me unlock it on the account even with replay through. Can you please fix and reward it to all players who have completed the campaign quest?
