Windows 10 / GTX 1070 Graphic Card / 16MB RAM
For past two seasons I get continuous graphic freezes and disconnects. I have 1GB download and 24MB upload hardwired to router. I have made changes to graphic settings and unchecked cross-platform communications, but nothing seems to work. Is my computer too old for D4!!??!!
Sounds more like Diablo 4 outlived your computer.
Definitely time for an upgrade. You are likely also running an HDD and not SSD.

Simple things to keep track of would be temperatures of your cpu and video card. Beyond that a simple SSD upgrade, or even slightly more RAM would help. I believe you meant to type 16GB not 16MB, as no current operating system could run on that little of RAM.
Just depends on your budget though.
I have 1070ti and i4790. I running it on Quality Preset: High with no problems. I had to roll back my Nvidia driver to 536.67 last season, sticking with it for now.
