I finally saw Butcher a couple days ago while running a NMD at level 100. Only time I’ve seen him this season.
I’m okay with him being a little rarer. During S2, he was showing up every other dungeon and became annoying. I think because of fighting him so much in S2, I have every cosmetic drop he offers.
Maybe he’s busy cutting up steaks? Moooooooo.
He’s been around and now he drops prisms after you spank him.
“any1” makes me hope you find the Butcher and he kills you repeatedly.
Had him 3 NM in a row, and then a few other times as well. Actually I was thinking they must have upped his spawns since I have seen him so much lately.
Yes in mostly the TOW dungeons. He is almost always in Underroot, if you miss him.
We need Butcher’s Block: A new dungeon consisting of all Butcher’s, 3-5 Butchers at a time the whole way.
Sadly I killed him many many times getting my glyphs to 21 and he never once dropped anything worth picking up. Buff his loot, he can be rare at times.
Just yesterday on my FO sorc. I was surprised at how fast I downed him at level 80.
I always enjoy hearing his call - “FRESH MEAT!”

The Butcher appeared today in Tier 21 NMD. He’s still active.
Ran into him yesterday in a regular dungeon I was running through to complete a Whisper. Almost didn’t recognize him. All I heard was “Fresh meat-” and then he was dead.
Funny thing after this post I went back in game and he was in my NM59, I am lvl80. But yeah my build proved solid and it took a bit but he died, even with help from every monster in the dungeon joining the fight. Really liking my Rogue.

That would be fun. Maybe the Maiden can drop some fun summoning items to use at her altar to instead summon a Tormented Butcher? Like Maiden has chance to drop Butcher cleaver handle, blade and chain or something.
Or maybe during HT there is a chance to find The Butcher’s cellar where you can go and see where he kicks back and get some fun backstory before he comes to find you eating his porridge and whoops your tushy?

Yeah. I ran into him twice today while doing NMD 100’s working on some glyphs in about 15 or so runs.
