HARLEQUIN CREST upgraded to 12/12 should give me 40 Resources but on my Energy power bar i see it gave only 39.
The energy orb is always 1 less than the maximum (not with the harlequin crest, with anything). Check it on you character stats: you’ll see the maximum resource as 1 more than on the tooltip on the energy orb
