Title. The last 4 infernal hordes (t3 and t4 mix) ‘guaranteed greater affix chest’ did not give an item with a greater affix. The seasonal quest final cache did not drop an item with a greater affix.

Same here. Didn’t even get the GUARANTEED Ancestral Legendary from “Greater Triune Arms Cache”. I got an mount trophy and the Resplendent Spark, but no Ancestral Legendary, the only reason to do the questline all the way to Mothers Gift Rank 20 to begin with!!

Same issue. No GA item in tier 20 turn in.

This is false advertisement and Blizzard should compensate us for this with a guaranteed 2 GA (or better) drop from the fix forward!!

I didn’t receive mine too, got everything, but only 2 rare and 3 legendary but none with the greater affixes as stated.

Same problem here, no greater affixes, much less the two promised. I hope when you patch it you unlock that chest reward for everyone that already claimed it. Consider the second resplendent spark as a gift for our trouble….

Only got spark and 5 legendaries, no GA. Fix this and compensate everyone that already opened theirs

Wife is on PC and I am on console. I thought it was a greater chance at GA. Not sure how many we opened without receiving GA items. Same with tier 20 seasonal reward.

I completed the mothers gift reputation to obtain the Greater Triune Arms Cache which “Contains a guaranteed Ancestral Legendary with 925 item power and two greater affixes —“ I received 2 ancestral rare rings and 2 legendary items, and a third legendary item with a single greater affix. Didn’t get the “2 greater affix” item?? I’ll check next time I do an infernal horde to see if I’m getting the “guaranteed” greater affix. I usually scoop up the gear so fast I don’t even notice if I’m getting it or not. Blizzard please! Such an underwhelming reward for putting in so much work

I just opened my final reward for the mother’s triune “Greater Triune Arms Cache” which states it contains a guaranteed ancestral legendary with 925 item power and two greater affixes. I did not get any greater affix’s on the gear that dropped. I received four ancestral legendary items and none of them had any greater affix’s as the rewards description had stated it would. I kept the items that did drop in my stash for the time being and was hoping I could get an appropriate item replacement for what I was expecting. I generally don’t check the descriptions thoroughly and don’t know if this is the only reward that didn’t give what was described or not but since it was the final reward I did look. Overall none of the gear I received was useful to me and an overall disappointment, especially with it being the final reward.
