Supposedly, the 1.5.0 Patch Notes clearly state Gurgling Heads, Trembling Hands & Blackened Femurs being removed in favor of the Malignant Heart summon mat in an effort to streamline the Varshan boss requirements. Yet Gurgling Heads, Trembling Hands, & Blackened Femurs continue to drop from Grotesque Debtors… Seriously, do you people not PLAY TEST patches prior to deployment? Yet another example as to why forced updates are a BAD IDEA Blizzard…

Shouldn’t have to do that since the Patch Notes clearly state those mats were supposedly REMOVED from the game in Patch 1.5.0… Also, Fiend Roses - an item that was removed from the game in Season 4 - are dropping from Tortured Gifts & Helltide Harbingers instead of Angel Breath. The utter incompetence of the dev team is beyond ridiculous at this point. Devs need to actually PLAY TEST their so-called “patches” prior to deployment. This is why I rail against forced updates seeing as how recent “patches” from Blizzard have been riddled with BUGS.

Ohhhh they do play test. And they have us play test in the PTR too. And big bugs like the missing pit mats from NMDs, and Tormented Beast in the Ice damage, which were in the PTR and acknowledged by Bliz as known bugs, continue to persist now.
So it’s even worse than you’re saying. I guess we’re not buying enough $20 horse armours or overpriced ultimate edition DLC preorders for them to pay QA devs to fix them.
