Grizzley rage change pointless?

Hey All,

Simple question here, they changed the dmg bonus on Grizzley rage to x60% and made it so you can use pet skills while in rage. This is pointless as you could just use cataclysm and the ring for 100% dmg and infinite spirit instead of the werebeast aspect. Same need of a skill slot and aspect slot but one gives 40% more dmg.

I understand they have been trying to make Grizzley rage relevant after nerfing it into the ground a year ago but it would be nice if that was meaningful.

This also doesnt include you can keep 100% uptime with Cata while Grizzley rage has the dumb Cooldown change where it doesnt start until after the skill is complete vs when you cast it. No point in ever using it.

idk why urs is going down too quick , I’m using the dire aspect i can run all pit in grizzly rage no issues never goes off until i really go afk or town

The point is when it does drop off you need to wait the entire CD, which can happen in lower density situations or open world like helltide or hordes between waves.

It makes no sense when Grizzley rage is the most unused ultimate with the most negative utility and least benefit at the same time.

I think with grizzly rage they need to do a few things:

1)Dire wolfs needs a additional damage multiplier to keep up with other builds.

2)Remove the cooldown penalty where it has to end first before it goes on cooldown- let us retrigger the unstoppable and the catastrophe passive

3)Make the +5 rank something better then you can use companion skills it is completely pointless and makes no sense with the skill

There probably more this is my major gripes with it.
