Greater helm not unlocking upon completion of Dark citadel torment 4. I’ve ran it countless times to completion and it’s still locked.

Same here. I’ve completed an insane amount of runs and unlocked 95% of dark citedal rewards but still haven’t received helmet

Same problem with me playing on ps5. i did not get the greater khazra helm after a torment 4 complete citadel run.
