When Corpse Tendrils is cast automatically by the Ring of Sacrilegious Soul it does not Proc the Aspect of Grasping Veins. Is this opperating as intended?

It is working as intended. The word “cast” indicates you need to click the key manually.
Raise Skeleton on the ring does proc Skeletal Priests, feels dumb it would proc one and not functions of the other.

It says it will cast skeletal priest/raise skeleton, though.
I believe it’s a bug. If it doesn’t proc grasping veins then what’s the point
having this issue as well, wondering if this is a known bug
