well i dont care, i already assume it doesnt procc most stuff, but you never know with Blizz until you test every little detail in this 
coding.

I always just used Flame Shield for it since S2. Never liked the idea of wasting an enchant slot on firebolt.
Better us than Blizz.

My pet is proccing fireball enchant when it kills something. Text says when you kill something.
The pet may proc some strange things. Sorc is going to be the best class this season.
Fireball enchant may be a special case, as it can also be procced by other players killing things that are near you. Pets probably fall into the same category.
Ahh ok so its probably in the game as an aura effect then.
