I felt that the spawn rates need to be adjusted, they need to spawn more often during the event.
I spent alot of time searching for them and some times a whole area had none at all, this is not good enough.
Please fix and redo the event, never found the special goblin at all and just about finished the reward table - not everyone can play all day!
my experience tip tarsarak. out there i got many goblins to fill rep easy. completed the rep there in 2h with running round and round this area. maybe only my personal luck there but you can try.
