Please check detail of glyph Fulminate because it’s show summary Dexterity but use Intelligence for boots power of glyph.

SB after s7 still show Dex for bonus requirement, but int to increase lightning damage. While druid version is straight up only Dex for both. Had hoped they changed/fixed this.
how is this still a thing in july 12 2025???
blizzard do your job and fix this, this should not persist almost for a year!
And it is still not fixed, in PTR 10.
fulminate is still bugged with dex for requirement but the actual increase from intelligence please correct this
