Edit: They fixed the link, ty.
This is really cool except the obol one. Obols are useless currently.
Now all we need is Greed’s Vault.
Bragging rights? What does that mean? Is there a counter or something? I’m asking you like your the blizzard employee lol but your post was sure better than there’s
I assume the mythic unique goblin is as rare as mythic unique items.
Nope, just what it says in the description.
This Goblin is the stuff of Legend—maybe even Myth. Some believe this Goblin to be so incredibly rare its very existence is even called into question. If you manage to even spy a Fancy Old Fedric, seize the opportunity! For you may never get this one in a million chance again.
Managing to kill Fancy Old Fedric Grants a Mythic Unique, a Resplendent Spark, and earns you bragging rights for all time.
Because he’s so rare, you get bragging rights for finding and killing him I guess?
It should be more common, what’s the point of it otherwise?
OMG YES!!! I want this one SO badly!!!
It says it’s so rare you get bragging rights for killing it. This hints to me that not all players will see it.
Why do I need to verify my age to read about goblins?
Exactly, it drops a Mythic Unique AND a spark. It’ll be as rare as finding a Mythic in the open world. Although it may be bugged for the event, and we’ll see them all over the place.
I am excited for this event! I’ve enjoyed similar events in the past
I just like the fact the goblins are staying beyond the event.
Seems like a missed opportunity to me, season has been dead and they use the same old goblin event to try and drum up interest, add the cow level already and I bet it does better then goblins
because there’s one without pants on
The best part of this by far
If the cow level turned into an event, but it stayed after the event, it wouldn’t bring me back to the game in all honesty. I’d just play through it in the next season. I might login to see the rewards of said cow level event, but unless it offers cosmetics, I’d just bow out myself. I imagine the goblin event won’t have any cosmetic rewards either, just items.
Same with this event for me, it gives me no interest to log in to the same event they did for the past 5-6 seasons now. I think anything would of been better then the same thing over again especially in this seasonal game where that’s all you do is repeat the same content.
The question I have is…
Has this been tested vs overkill builds?
(From the article)
The Gelatinous Syrus evokes the basest nature of Goblin-kind, multiplying before your very eyes. Upon being killed, the Gelatinous Syrus splits into two Goblins… Slay this pair to have them multiply into three! To claim their spoils, you’ll have to kill the smallest Goblins of the pack
I ask because in D3, one had to be very careful with Gelatinous Sires or else they’d be vaporized before being able to split.
