This is in the sticky at the top of the forums. However what you are talking about is this:
Fixed an issue where the Decay Augmentation tooltip mentioned Base Damage when it should just state “Damage”.
Which only addresses the tooltip, it does not fix the witch power itself and as far as we know will still be disabled going into this patch. Keep in mind they could alter the patch notes before it launches, so I’ll be keeping an eye on them and make changes accordingly.
